· Sambeda Sambeekshyana is a quarterly E-magazine based on tribal life, literature, and culture. Hence, no creative writings (story, poetry, novel, translation, or drama Etc.) are accepted.

· This magazine is intended for tribal-related research, tribal book reviews, interviews with tribal researchers or folklore experts, and tribal myth-based narratives.

· This magazine will accommodate articles in eight languages: Odia, English, Hindi, Sanskrit, Santali, Bodo, Bonda, and Kui.

· The magazine is solely meant for original analytical articles. Articles published elsewhere will not be accepted.
Submissions will only be accepted in Unicode fonts (Odia or Alchiki script) and Microsoft Word file format.

· The font must be in Odia Kalinga script. For English, it should be written in Times New Roman font.

· The article title should be in 16pt bold, the author's name in 13pt bold, and their address in 11pt font. The main article content must be in 12pt font. If subheadings are included, they must be in 12pt bold.

· This is a non-remunerative publication platform, and articles will only be published after approval from the reviewers and editorial board.

· Since the magazine is published quarterly, contributors are requested to wait up to six months post-submission. During this period, the submitted article should not be sent to any other magazine.

· It is mandatory to include a consent letter from the author permitting the article's publication. Submissions without this will not be accepted.
